Staff very friendly and helpful.
Room was spacious, comfortable, clean and contained everything that we required.
Car parking is in front of the hotel and there were plenty of spaces.
You could easily walk into the centre of Norwich; it takes about 6 minutes.
There wasn't very much. We were disappointed with the restaurant menu as most items contained garlic which we have an intolerance to. However the chef was very accommodating and we had a meal that was garlic free.

Location. Large bed. Excellent breakfast.
Unexpectedly we were in an annexe across the road from the main hotel. Room bore little resemblance to photos accessed in the booking.vom website. The cooker in our apartment was “condemned”, the door lock was loose, and the outside furniture was overrun with fallen leaves. Not well looked after. Bathroom was bath only with hand shower - not ideal. No ventilation at all in bathroom. Only pleased I was not there in warmer weather. Overall, not great value for a Sunday night in Norwich.
