This was my third stay at The May Fair Hotel in London, and as always, they met my expectations. The location is excellent, the rooms are clean and comfortable, and the staff are friendly and helpful. I had another very pleasant stay and would definitely recommend this hotel.

I’ve stayed here a few times location is great i met my friend 5 mins away, its always a good place to be location wise.
The staff on check in asked me for my driving license and then a copy of my passport ?!? I’m not a tourist why am I being asked for this? Check and check out very slow- lots of staff stood around but not a lot helping. The fire alarm too at 8am on a sunday, no staff seemed to know where to direct us, what to do, and if it was indeed safe to return, a bit of a farce
