Best hotel in London

One of the best hotels in London. I enyoied evrey minute in this hotel. Hotel staff is friendly, especially at the reception Abdul and staff in piano bar. Location is great right on Piccadilly,thay offer evreything in hotel. Breakfast is also great.

Exceptional and would stay there again in a heartbeat!

Perfect location, central to everything & we could walk to most of what we wanted to see. Gorgeous, stately hotel. Our room was huge and well appointed, the staff was exceptional - attentive, knowledgeable and so friendly and helpful. We also loved the squash courts and pool!

Ein tolles und schönes altes Gebäude an einer perfekten Lage - sehr zu empfehlen!

Perfekte Lage - zu Fuss Vieles erreichbar. Frühstück sehr reichhaltig in einem wunderbaren, verglasten Saal. Haben ein Upgrade erhalten und ein sehr grosses Zimmer geniessen dürfen!!

Die Fenster sind eher älter, dh nicht wirklich dicht, hat aber kaum gestört, da wir ein Zimmer zum Hinterhof hatten.

Fantastic

The Dillly Hotel was excellent staff were amazing nothing too much trouble. We will definitely stay here every time we go to London. we were upgraded which was just wonderful

Es war alles in Ordnung, aber es könnte luxuriöser sein.

Die Lage ist einzigartig.

Der Teppich im Zimmer ist dreckig und generell ist alles extrem in die Jahre gekommen.

Hotel central idéal pour un séjour touristique ou sportif

Emplacement on ne peut plus central, à deux pas des stations de métro et de bus. Grande chambre. Gym exceptionnel avec matériel neuf. Belle piscine. Télévision moderne et pratique pour podcaster.

Salle de bains vieillissante et petite. Difficile de régler le chauffage dans la chambre. Pas de mini bar.

Nice central hotel in London

The hotel was very central and very convenient. The room was spacious and offered free coffee. Fresh water and beverages were available in the hotel entrance which welcoming us nicely every time we return to the hotel. The personal was very kind and helpful. The price is better compared to other hotels in the center of London. I would recommend it and visit it again!

La ubicacion

Sucio, viejo, personal de habitaciones nunca traian lo que pedias. La moqueta daba asco, los baños viejos y sucios. Muy decadente. Desayuno malo y poco variado. No le daria mas de 3 estrellas en España

Fantastic location, beautiful hotel and huge family room that was perfect for our stay.

Excellent location, welcoming staff and very clean. The family room was ENORMOUS!

Only complaint is the room was warm, but thankfully the windows opened so we were able to get some cool air in.

L’emplacement est parfait. Il y a de nombreux magasins et commerces autour.

La chambre n’était pas très propre. Les rideaux, les fenêtres et la salle de bain étaient sales. Aussi, l’hôtel est beaucoup trop grand. Il y a beaucoup de passage au rez-de-chaussée. Aucune ambiance intime, ce n’est pas 5 étoiles.

Mediocre comfort

The building and Christmas tree in the centre of reception was lovely. The room was clean. The key card after midnight was a good safety for customers.

I didn't feel the staff very welcoming. Room service was basic upon arrival and following a simple request just seemed to take ages in my room. Ordering food was annoying. Asking to call back or having to call again. Got my drink order wrong as explained. The room and services was basic for the price. I travel internationally a lot and around the UK, many hotels but this did not stand out for the price or what I'm use too. One night was fine and checked out first thing. A lot of customers seemed to have issues getting collected outside the hotel on a two lane but I feel this made it worse with road works also taking up one lane. My driver had to drop me further down the road with my bags.

The pool was nice.

Paid for a room with a view and the room was awful. Empty building. Had to complain to be moved. The man at the front desk didn't seem very happy about it.

It was a lovely stay. Would recommend to my friends and family. 😁

It was close to everything that we wanted to see. We loved the mezzanine floor. The staff Elldonna was very lovely and helpful. I also loved that you made my stay for my 60th special with Balloons and cake and wine and also the lovely display of flowers on the bed. Thankyou.

The first day our toilet was flushing properly. But was all sorted by the night time. We told them in the morning but had to tell them again in the evening when we got back from being out. The maintenance man came a fix it all good.

A nice treat for our 2 night stay … a touch of comfort and luxury.

Out of the tube at Piccadilly Circus and Dilly is there and just so handy. Walked everywhere to Leicester Square, Covent Garden, Soho, Oxford Street, Regent Street and then over to the Adelphi Theatre. Comfortable stay with a touch of luxury for 2 nights - just the treat we needed. Love the phone box in the lobby.

Couldn't be more conveniently positioned and agreeable - I will be back next year

Perfectly placed - It met my every need for visiting Art Galleries, Theatres and Restaurants. It was clean and comfortable. I loved the Swimming Pool and the Terrace Restaurant.

Just a matter of taste really - I would change the name (it sounds a bit childish) and ditch the artificial flowers in the restaurant, they were a tad naff and made it feel a bit like a wedding reception.

Exceptional

The staff were polite and helpful. A few minor issues not worth worrying too much about were immediately sorted when mentioned. Gym was amazing and the pool was an excellent place to unwind. Breakfast was perfect.

The pool area could do with a thorough spruce and the squash courts seemed redundant. They would be much better used as extra poolside lounge areas as seating was extremely limited.

Very pleasant stay in a great location.

Very convenient and central location for theatres, parks, locations of interest. Staff friendly and helpful. Terrace dining area very attractive. Breakfast options varied,plentiful and good quality. Thought the in house, but independent, Indian restaurant and bar was stunning.

Some small details of room needed a bit of attention. Minor detail, though.

Perfect hotel

Location is perfect Terrace restaurant and cafe gas magnificent seating area. King bed size room was so spacious comparing of London's room sizes in the other hotels for the same price. We loved the indian restaurant in the hotel it was so fancy in the decorations as u r in a castle. And very delicious food and excellent service. Loved the treats/snacks they put in the lobby area everyday. Loved the fresh flowers spread all over the lobby's entrance

The insulation is very bad..I hear in the morning all the doors that close and open..and every movement of feet whem walking from the upper floor makes sounds and we can hear it The reception does not answer the phone when calling and ignores it during our whole stay period. -The bed sheets are very rough, as if they have been used for more than a hundred years. Lobby is too small. I can say there is no lobby, but a very small waiting area with 3 or 4 seats.
