Location, very clean, great staff large room

The location was perfect. Loved the free coffee in the lobby all day. Rooms were well appointed and comfortable.
I wish house cleaning would have come in. I think maybe I was supposed to request it but I wasn’t sure.

Excellent location
Building is old especially the rooms. However rooms are spacious.
Breakfast is very basic. Because the hotel is close to Trafalgar Square, cafes, takeaway shops close by.
