No bedside lights, sink plug didn't work, no slip mat in shower, only one light switch by the door so had to get out of bed to switch lights off, only 2 tea bags provided, bathroom extractor broken, no sanitary bags, minimal wardrobe space,very disappointing stay for the price

It was clean and bed was comfortable . The view was good but I paid for it
There were no dental kits and shower caps to use. I would have thought most hotels have things like this. Luckily I had a spare brush in my bag

It was in the same building as my conference. Good location between the City and Westminster. The guys who got taxis were great and friendly. Illy cafe coffee very tasty. Oh and elevators were super fast. No waiting time.
Rooms dull, decor dull, huge long entrance before check in, poor signage, check in not fast, take my name, credit card and give me key. Stop messing around with email address, etc.
