Hotel is large but staff were excellent & efficient & a great breakfast ! Opted for the eco option which meant no housekeeping for my 2 night stay but the shower screen glass obvious had not been cleaned for sometime as the were considerable water / lime scale stains all over them although the other parts of the bathroom & room were very clean. All in all perfectly placed hotel for my stay.
As above the water & limescale stains on the shower glass which had obviously not been cleaned for sometime let alone before my stay.

A vista do quarto era má! Dava para as traseiras onde só se via a linha de comboio e nada referia na reserva. Penso que para o valor pago pela suite de 1 quarto deveria ter uma vista melhor e que desse para ir à varanda. O pequeno almoço é um pouco fraco e 2 dias seguidos tivemos que ir para outra sala de refeições na cave por falta de capacidade.

Beautiful hotel, great facilities, short walk to Vauxhall underground, amazing views of the Thames, houses of Parliament and Big Ben from our suite. Also great leisure facilities and pool. A perfect family break and we will return.
The only downside was being sent downstairs to an overflow breakfast room on our first morning. Although the food offering is the same, the restaurant upstairs has a far superior view and atmosphere.

Lovely comfortable bed. Bathroom clean and spacious, variety of pillows. I like low soft fluffy pillows and half were just like that. It was pouring with rain in the evening and it was great to have some large strong umbrellas to borrow from the hotel. A life saviour for me as I had to go out (please always return hotel umbrellas as next time there might not be any left available when you really need one). I made the hotel aware of a couple of small issues with my room upon checkout which the girl seemed to take very seriously and apologised to me. I was making them aware for the next guest as the housekeeping may not come across them. All staff I came across were lovely, pleasant and helpful.

Good location and comfortable well presented room
I was staying over for my birthday. The online check in didn’t work but the most disappointing element was when we returned to the hotel after a nice evening out and went to the bar for a drink before bed. It was 11.50pm and we were refused service as the bar was shutting down. I have stayed at numerous hotels across the uk on business and for leisure and have never been refused a drink as a resident after hours. The bar staff were quite rude in their attitude when refusing to serve. I ordered room service (the only option available and was charged in excess of £23 for a small bottle of beer and a medium glass of wine (over £7 charged for room service). This unfortunately was the most memorable and disappointing element of my stay.

Great location, friendly and efficient staff, room was larger and nicer than I expected.
The TV kept turning itself off. We booked for 4 people but the additional bedding wasn’t provided (it was quickly brought to us once requested though).

Location was awesome and breakfast was fantastic, varieties to choose from and hot drinks as well.
There was a fire alarm that waked us up in the middle of our sleep and we had to walk down the stairs from the 14th floor to ground.
I panicked a little bit but settled later on.

Stuff are not trained. Total mess. They overcharged me during check in and told it will be refunded. I booked with "booking " and the price was £228 for a night for executive room river view, they charged me £268 , told it will be refunded. But nothing is done yet, and I m already checked out. Was waiting someone will get back to me about it. The room was dirty, dusty, with smelly bathrobe, probably never changed.. toilet seat was dirty , shocking really. I asked to clean it, after 3 hours they sent someone to clean.

FALSE ALARMS 2 TIMES IN 6 DAYS-OCT 27 TO NOV 2, 2023
2nd night of my stated, was a false alarm around 12:00 midnight, put up my clothing and went down 7TH floors using the fire exits. Not fun for an elderly couple, one at 69 other 71. At the time went back to our room. one of the visitor mentioned this was his 2nd time in two weeks. After an alarm test on Monday, sound O.K. for couple of days. Fortunate enough on Nov 1, at early 5:30 AM another fire alarm was sounded, this time had to run out the building and around for half an hour. Seeing some handicap person had to walk down from 11th floor. I checked out on Friday morning, since I paid at the time checked in, the hotel rep did not say anything about this two incidents, nothing about the compensation or whatsoever? Think about it, if you were there for 3 weeks with 3 false alarm? How you feel like it? At least I encountered couple of times in 6 nights, surprise enough the management team did not do anything about it? But my wife said next time in London, no more such FIRE ALAMS RUN. Yes, money is an issue, but the worst is lost all the resting hours?

Welcome to Park Plaza Riverbank - the Dark Tower on the Thames! Granted a proper Dark Tower would actually tower above it's neighbours - this one is a little stubby by comparison. But you will get to enjoy dimly lit corridors, charcoal coloured walls, sinister messages in black and red upon the carpets (reminding you that life is short, your work is meaningless, etc.), and your children pretending to be devils to fit in with the theme. It's also wonderfully modern with a slightly baffling panel of buttons to control things like room service that never comes, and a range of mood lightings that sacrifice any direct control of individual light fixtures.
The accommodation was listed here on booking.com as apartment suites. But in fact, if you plan to pay anything like the listed price, you are just getting an ordinary hotel room. We got a bed with a pullout couch for the kids - which was affordable, but nothing like an apartment suite. Unfortunately the mattress on the pull out was more springs than foam, and horribly uncomfortable to the point where we had to pile the kids in with us. The hotel has several signs around the place trying to bribe you with a bottle of wine to forgo having your room made up. You might as well take them up on this, because they're never going to make up your room in any event. Though you probably will never get the bottle of wine either, as food that we did order never came.

High-tech home control in rooms. Electric curtains, air conditioning and heating, several light mood choice.
Beside the British there was one European power plughole in the livingroom.
Both shower and bath were in the bathroom.
Huge flat TVs are in both livingroom and bedroom.
Despite we booked the room for 2 adults and 3 children, towels and the bedding was not prepared for children in advance except the baby cot. We got beddings and towels later on request. There was no proper sized bedding for baby cot!
First morning at 5 a.m. there was a fire evacuation - no compensation was offered.
Breakfast choice range was wide but same every morning.
Family guests were directed to basement for breakfast because they were "not classy enough" for panoramic bar.
When we tried to pay in the morning no POS terminal was working then we were locked out from our room by the time we arrived back in the evening.
There was no hair-dryer in the room.
No TV channels for children.

Our room was extremely comfortable! Beds were great! Lovely Elemis products in the bathroom and I loved the electric curtains! The location is excellent, easy to get around, close to Big Ben and London eye!

Perfect room with very a comfortable bed. The location was ideal for the purpose of my visit. Enjoyable breakfast and a large range to choose from. Used online check-out for the first time and found it easy. Also, the temperature in the room was perfect without the need to use the air conditioning.
Very little. Not complaining, for your information, the light in the wardrobe was faulty and the toilet cistern appeared to be constantly trickling into the toilet. The bin in the bedroom had not been emptied from the previous guests. Nothing to spoil my stay. Thankyou to all.

The room had not been cleaned properly and debris was on the floor, the sink had also not been cleaned properly The fire alarm went off at 5.30 am and we hade to evacuate the building, when we were allowed back in no explanation was given on the reason for the alarm and no apologise were given.

View of construction site and rail lines, poor lighting in room, lighting and power outlets for hair upkeep, very slow bar service, no additional luggage racking in room, basin in bathroom did not drain, curtain tracking not working.

No bed was supplied for our third child despite booking one & being promised “it would be provided” on check in. Eventually sorted after 4 phone calls and an 11pm trip down to reception.
Staff were verging on rude and showed zero interest or competence in helping.
