Location, views, staff
Poor quality breakfast with scrambled eggs floating in a soup. Dirty glasses.

Nice hotel, helpful staff, we got an upgrade to a bigger room, it was really spacious and comfortable, with a fantastic river view, it was much appreciated! You can see the Big Ben from the hotel, it is walking distance. Bus stop across the street, a supermarket right beside the hotel which was really convenient.
Just to keep in mind, not many dinner options in the area, you need to take the metro to get to central locations.
