Location was perfect to see London.
Just loved the history of the building and it was super comfortable , great rooms and had a more intimate feel for a London hotel. Staff excellent.
The only negative and this is trivial, but could do with a magnifying mirror in the bathroom.

Wonderful atmosphere as soon as you enter reception and how attentive the hotel staff are towards each guest.
Excellent city location to river, embankment and many well know London landmarks and tube stations.

Always a convenient location for a running event we take part in.
Having stayed at the hotel before this was probably the smallest room we have ever had. Asked for a quiet room and had to change as initial room was opposite service lift, not quiet. We were spoilt as we had a balcony last year. Not the size of room I would expect given the price.
