The location was amazing. You can walk literally anywhere within a couple minutes. Nearby to many restaurants in Chinatown and in Soho. Staffs were very friendly and helpful. Room service is SUPER. They clean a few times a day, refill towels very often during the day, make the bed twice a day. This is very helpful as we stayed with our kid.
Only some small issues: there was 0 outlet in the bathroom areas, so it's hard to style your hair while getting ready in the morning. Soundproofing is not the best, at night you can still hear people talking in the street (the room is a corner room and face chinatown directly)

The hotel is in a great location, right next to Leicester Square and a short walk away from Trafalgar Square. The decor is modern with fancy, tablet-controlled lighting, large mirrors and a nice view over a busy area of London. The hotel staff at check-in and check-out were very kind.
Despite clearly ordering a vegan breakfast option we received a non-vegan dish with feta cheese. The replacement plate with gluten-free bread (apparently all of the other available breads have milk?) had toast with visible mold on it (!). When we politely showed it to the staff they took it back and promised to investigate, but we received no information about what went wrong and only a perfunctory apology at check-out. It's certainly possible for things in the kitchen to go bad and it's not a big deal, but at an expensive 5-star hotel one would expect better attention to the customer.
The bathrooms in the rooms don't offer much privacy or have sinks (the faucet is on an "island" outside of the bathroom) which isn't particularly convenient.
