We’ve stayed at the Hotel a number of times and the staff are superb however on this occasion just a couple of little niggles which took the edge off things. That being said they were dealt with well by the management when we left.
A broken sliding door to the bathroom that couldn’t be fixed at an appropriate time. Also, the room was not as clean as we have found previously which included water stains and being dusty in places. We were surprised that’s all.

The location is perfect, the hotel is very modern. The facilities in the room were perfect, loved the chinaware, decoration, quality of the towels n bed sheets. Liked the idea of the shower n toilet to be separated.
Breakfast was good and the rooftop view excellent:)
I didn't like the welcoming(: At my arrival first of all the receptionist didn't find my booking and then found. After there has been an issue with the payment finally she gave me a "room" but for "disabled"!!!
I had to come back to the front office for a change and have seen the same receptionist treating other clients smiling n offering champagne!!!
They have changed my room which I liked a lot. Though the sink was broken n had difficulty to set the shower didn't want to make an issue of it.
The next day I've left the room at 10am came back at 5pm though I've asked the room to be refreshed my room was not done yet:( I had to call the reception twice for them to fix it. It is not acceptable for a 5 star hotel for which I was very eager to stay in...
