Great hotel, great STK restaurant, great rooftop bar (although the staff member at the lifts tried to discourage my 18 year old daughter to go up to the bar, saying it was very busy and suited to over 21's - it wasn't busy and she was absolutely fine to be there)
Beds/pillows/bedding etc all great and comfortable. Very quiet room.
Balcony was a disappointment - wall very high and view poor, so I wish I hadn't paid extra for that.
The breakfast was shocking. We gave up after waiting an hour just to get a cup of tea and an orange juice. Food was being left to go cold on the counter and we noticed, those who did have food, weren't eating it. We gave up in the end and found breakfasts elsewhere. Really let's the hotel down which is a shame.
I am still waiting for my refund on that (which in my view should be more than just the cost of the breakfasts - we lost a lot of time because of it, on both day)
There was also no information folder about the hotel in our room - we had no idea what the facilities where, whether there was a gym/spa/in room dining - or how to contact anyone for help. I dialled down once, but it was permanently engaged.

Very disappointed with the mattress in room 107, reception was informed. But due to staying only one night, never had the opportunity to try another room
