Everything we hoped for. A pleasant stay.

Bed was clean and comfortable. Room and location were fine. Staff were friendly.

Breakfast was a bit pricey so we didn’t have it.

would certainly recommend the hotel, had a very good stay and will stay here again.

Breakfast was great, location was great, staff were amazing, check in was amazing, check out was amazing.

No safe in the room, had money and items that I would feel more comfortable with a safe in my room. Window was cracked shud be repaired.

Beste Lage für Londontrips. Bisschen seelenloser Übernachtungskasten

Super Lage, freundliches Personal. Tolles, imposantes Gebäude

Housekeeping nur auf Request oder alle 3 Tage. Keine Toilettenbürste im Badezimmer. Sogar tägliches Betten machen musste man extra ordern. Toilettenpapier auch auf request. Bekommt man aufs Bett geworfen. Das nervt für über 300 Euro die Nacht. Alles recht abgewohnt.

Fantastic location and fine for a short business trip.

The staff and entrance to the hotel were great. I thought I'd cracked it for London hotels.

The room was disappointing but in fairness I can't remember why. It's just one of those hotels from days gone by - faded glory... first impressions are good but then you see the cracks. However, it was value for money and the location is fantastic. Good enough for a short business stay.

A beautiful building, with lovely decor throughout. Very friendly and helpful staff. Very clean and comfortable room, with a massive bed! Excellent buffet breakfast.

La struttura di permette di muoverti con facilità nel centro di Londra . Zona piena di servizi .

La struttura è molto bella dotata di molti comfort . Ottima la posizione . Unico neo la camera attribuita . Letto matrimoniale piccolo ed al posto di un divano letto la poltrona letto. Dalle finestre non entrava luce perché posizionate su un cortile interno .

We needed central location, so this hotel served its purpose

This location

I get good value for money when booking with Booking.com, but do find that the hotels put you in lesser rooms. This one was next to the lifts and Had a few overlooking the kitchen dismal, but it was clean and served its purpose. Breakfast was mediocre look like they were trying to do it as cheap as possible.

An excellent hotel in a great position for seeing London sights.

Quiet rooms with access to the Club Quarters made it a perfect choice for our family group including 2 teenagers.

Nice but pricey for room only.

location is great for the West End. Embankment tube 5 mins, Leicester Sq or Piccadilly 15 / 20 mins. Lots of bus routes. Area good, as Whitehall is around to corner! Staff nice as was the room, spacious, clean and comfy though a little tired.

Look online to include breakfast - I did not, changed my mind and on arrival reception wanted £28 each; picked myself up from the floor and went to the room! After that shock, I did not darken the door to the bar. Shame really.

It was ok, location was good enough, I would definitely not come back though, unfortunately.

I think they could have clearly stated somewhere that the bathroom sink is in the room and not inside a bathROOM. It was inconvenient getting ready while my partner was sleeping. The room was also very dark because it was below the ground floor.

Great location, friendly and helpful staff and a comfortable stay.

The location was amazing especially as I was going to the theatre and had a child with me, it was great to be able to do so much of our activities on foot. Staff were friendly and gave helpful information, as a bonus we were able to check in early for free rather than just leave our bags. Use of the lounge was offered after our check out which was really helpful.

The bathroom wasn’t completely clean, with smudges on the walls and picture frame. I found the advance information by email unhelpful, it was all about up-selling early check ins and room upgrades. I was unable to find basic information such as reminders of what sort of room I had booked if I had booked for breakfast and what time check out was.

The staff were exceptional, without exception all were friendly and helpful and went out of their way to make our stay enjoyable. The breakfast was varied and whatever your taste you could find something to give you a good start to your day, everywhere was clean and bright adding to an upbeat positive feeling to our stay in this perfect location Would certainly stay here again

The staff members of the hotel on our arrival made a lot of mistakes. We were told we haven't paid even though we had. We were asked for 100 gbp deposits for each room, even this was not communicated before the booking. We were told breakfast is not included even it was included, and they blamed it on Bookings.com It was not possible to take breakfast to go, as apparently there is no communication between reception and breakfast staff members. By the way, the breakfast staff member was great and helped us.In general, awful experience would not recommend ever
