Facilities and staff were fabulous and a great location
Room is average size .
For the price I think breakfast should have been included and room a little bigger .

The staff were without exception, a delight - intelligent, engaging and so helpful
The roof garden was extraordinary
It was great to be so central
The fact that the bill included an unexpected £50 which was apparently to give to the staff - I refused to pay. Surely part of the £1000 + which I had already paid (which didn’t include breakfast ) was for that? It left a really nasty taste which somewhat spoilt my husbands 70thbirthday gift.

Overall decent room
Room service was significantly below satisfactory. Hairs found in the meal. Also the breakfast room service was very poor — cool and undercooked.
