Location, standard of room and bathroom

No restaurant ans minimal bar open .... view and associated noise from Sainsburys car park

Really clean and well decorated. Nice to have a bar on site for a quiet pre-dinner drink before going on to Elements restaurant just up the road.

Room and bathroom were smallish, but perfectly fine for a short stay. Somewhere to hang towels by sink would be nice and kettle socket awkward to get at.

I was informed, that a customer wanted the room I had book for 1 night. So the hotel gave me choose of a nearby hotel & they would cover the cost, This was accepted, seeing that the other place was better quality & higher in price. Overall this hotel went above * beyond for this customer.

Location was little further away than I requested, but the hotel did provide transport at cost.

Nice room, well appointed, clean

Coffee machine in room not clean, no coffee for 1st morning No lift, room on second floor No onsite kitchen, sister hotel 2 doors down for food/reception Limited bar opening - didn’t stick to advertised opening hours
