The Beach

Breakfast was acceptable. Cooked breakfast was disappointing. Continental was very good and varied Staff were brilliant. Helpful, friendly and knowledgable about the area

Staff were very friendly & helpful, especially the breakfast staff. The room was clean & comfortable. Fantastic location for the beach, shops & restaurants. Cans of water & a jug of milk in the fridge was nice.

The tea bags/ coffee etc was not replenished as in most hotels, we had to ask & were told to go to a cupboard to help ourselves. Also the bed was extremely soft as were the pillows, so not a good nights sleep.

Parking is very limited but not unusual in that respect. We stayed in September but I wan imagine peak season would be more of a challenge

The Restaurant decor was lovely.

Run down, basic hotel. First impressions shabby worn reception. Grubby room. Old fashioned key 🔑 to get into the room, was quite a faff! My room hadn't been vacuumed! Bits all over the heavily stained carpet! Tooth paste stains in bathroom and thick dust on the lampshade. Scuffed walls. Tiny room, very hot. The fan supplied was the volume of a vacuum cleaner, ironically. So difficult to sleep. Advertised as luxury, boutique accommodation?? Check in @ 4pm check out at 10am! Abd you have to pre book a time for breakfast. This is so far from luxury! Someone is delusional.
