Food was well presented. Staff pleasant and were helpful when they could be. More hospitality training would be beneficial.
Room was disappointing considering the cost. Tired decor with poor quality furniture. Toiletries were basic all lacking quality. No advance warning that a wedding was booked whilst I was staying. This event meant as ‘a hotel guest’ my access to three areas were ‘out of bounds.’ No garden access, no library and no first floor lounge in which to relax. There is no designated vape zone, if it rains you simply get wet.
