Everything
People sitting outside rooms all night talking quite loudly. Plenty of options for them to go but chose to sit on first floor open outside area to be loud.

The room was spacious and bed really comfortable. The room even had an ensuite.
The noise from the club below could be heard during the night but wasn't too bad.

Gilligan’s is a really good place with a fun, trendy atmosphere and a great location. Leon was incredibly friendly and helpful, and he made our experience even better. I would definitely stay here again!

I guess the room was ok, it met the expectations for that price.
I was disappointed to find out that the power points in the kitchen were turned off after 10pm. I guess this was to control and keep the place clean after hours- but have you guys given thought to guest like myself who arrived after hours and needed to cook some food or heat up take away food?
This I found was very inconvinient and not reccomendable to guest arriving after 10pm
