Well situated, great pool and facilities.
Room was well equipped and very spacious.
We didn’t use the parking but it was great to have that as an option especially so close to Australia Zoo (25 min drive away).
Super helpful to have the washing machine and dryer and loved the large balcony.
Overall room was a little dated, but everything worked super well and was very clean.

The communication from friendly staff. Secure parking. The Jet spabath in main bathroom. The map to get to the correct lift from the car park.
There was a frozen can of Jim beam in the freezer. The blind in the second bedroom was open at the bottom by about 10 centimetres, meaning anyone walking past in the corridor could see in….when I tried to close it, the piece of ‘wood’ at the top; the cornice , fell down and hit my lip. A little swollen…not too bad. But …. I believe the cleaner should have noticed this and fixed it. The shower in the second bathroom drips…so I put the bath mat there to muffle it.

The location was great and the kids loved the hot spa.
The couches were so uncomfortable in the room. You could barely sit on them. The Foxtel didn’t work. The kitchen smelt like old oil.
