Unfortunately the Air conditioning did not work well turned it on and it made an extremely loud noise we did inform them and Unfortunately there was no ceiling fans at all.. there was also a very strong perfume smell which was too strong .. but the room was very lovely and spotless . Which I found excellent. ..
The room was lovely and it was very clean

Amazing view directly over the water and dead quiet. Great location close to everything. The room was large and light and the bed comfortable.
The floor was very dirty and sticky. I requested it be mopped as my feet were black from walking on it. The room desperately needs a refurbishment and a deep clean. There was mould on the ceiling and the aircon dripped. The kitchen is way too small to use efficiently as there is only a tiny bench.

Location
I had bright lights shining through my window from shops accross the road and a lot of street noise. The room is very outdated and needs a facelift. The spa in living was different.
