Great location for Launceston visit

Very pleasant stay and will definitely stay again

Location was great. Staff were amazing and the view was stunning. The rooms were extremely well maintained and extremely spacious living area, open kitchen and bedroom and bathroom. All the essential utensils were provided in the kitchen including microwave and dishwasher, very well equipped and it elevated our hotel stay experience since it felt very homely.

We rented 2 rooms and there was water leak in the room next door which affected our bathroom a little bit with soaked carpet but it wasn’t too much of a nuisance after-all since we were out during the day when they did the repair works and staff were very apologetic and responsive in handling the issues.

The room, the view, the location and the friendly staff,all contributed to a perfect getaway for us to celebrate my wife's 68th birthday.

lovely view and clean apartment with easy access to city and Cateract Gorge - great walks nearby

lovely location overlooking the river. Quiet room despite a busy road nearby. Coffee machine was nice extra and staff very friendly. nearby Silo also owned by Peppers had the gym - would have liked a gym onsite rather than the 5 - 10 minute walk but overall the apartment was spacious and clean. Overall a great stay and would recommend the hotel as easy walk to city and lovely location made the stay enjoyable. If you have kids there is a fantastic park across the bridge.

curtain should be replaced as was damanged quite obviously.

Was ok, probably wouldn’t stay again though.

The view. Staff were friendly.

Inconsistent cleaning during our 5 nights stay. rubbish not removed. Dishes not cleaned, despite not having any way to do it ourselves in the room. Floors not vacuumed and coffee table not cleaned once during our stay. Having to pay for parking but not guaranteed a spot, then having to double pay to park further down when the hotel paid parking was full as it was shared with other establishments. We found the bed uncomfortable and pillows too tall causing neck strain.

Can't recommend due to the noise factor

Spacious apartment well equipped

Unfortunately the facility is located above a restaurant cum night club that plays god awful music until 12 midnight every night of the week..or it did the 3 nights we were there. Otherwise a nice location. Parking was also a bit hit and miss , paid for it but guaranteed near the facility.

Very spacious suite with modern amenities. Appreciated the private laundry facilities after doing a hiking trip

Noise from either the bar or neighbours that went on past 10pm. The view of Bunnings (but what can you do?!)
