We had a fantastic stay here, amazing view from our room , beautifully furnished, clean and comfortable. The staff were incredibly helpful to us as we had lots of questions that they were more than happy to help. Highly recommend, will definitely be coming back
Location is slightly on the edge of town, but Launceston is small enough that walking is not a problem and it was close enough to everything anyway. It was more than compensated for in terms of comfort, cleanliness and overall lovely atmosphere.

the staff were so good to me they upgraded me into a suite which was amazing with the harbour view. everyone was so polite the man at the desk when checking me in also walked outside to help me find a park and he made one available for me. everyone was super helpful and location perfect for a afternon walk, dinner on the waterfront and meetings across at Silos.

Location. Clean. Big King Size bed. Foxtel and cable TV. Easy to access foyer to rooms.
Whoever designed the layout of the rooms and where the power outlets are deserves to be beaten. I can’t insert any phone charger, laptop charger or watch charger into the PowerPoint unless I pull the bed frame away from the wall (which was fixed to the wall may I add). Either get a different type of bed frame or change the height of the outlets.
Also parking should not be $15 a day as a hotel guest. If you pay the price of the accommodation, you should not have to pay for parking on site as well. Bit dodgy in my opinion.
