Stayed on Level 8 balcony room facing the river. Room 812. Huge space. Clean. Easy parking. Breakfast was wonderful, really special. Could easily walk to some eateries over the pedestrian bridge. Tip - Rupert and Hound was a bit hit and miss - good entree and dessert but both mains very average.
Room 812. Huge stain outside bathroom on the carpet which was not nice to look at. Also, this is odd, there were two huge t.v.'s in the room. Using the one while sitting in bed seemed to activate the other t.v. in the lounge area. I had to get up 3 times to turn it off. Also it was on in the morning as someone had set an alarm on the t.v. These should be checked and removed before new guests arrive. I have no idea why the second t.v. kept coming on by itself. It was a tad annoying.

The staff who assisted us during our check-in were satisfactory.
However, the staff during our check-out lacked a thank-you message and exhibited arrogant behavior. As customers, we expect to be treated with respect and courtesy. It is imperative that these staff members receive training to enhance their customer service skills.
