Clean rooms with good pillows
Our room was right by the stairs so not ideal with foot traffic and had to keep blinds closed

Full breakfast great huge range of choice. Always friendly staff.
No current lift but staff very apologetic. Waiting on parts to arrive.

Clean room, good sized.
Little noisy next to hospital.

Location was good as was the room size
Our room was very dark, (it would have been nice if we were advised that the room was internal and a small transom window was the only external light source. Substantial noise from an ac unit in the carpark was also evident. We were advised prior to our arrival that the lift was not working with no recompense or assistance with bags etc. The buffet breakfast was also extremely disappointing with little hot food available and not readily replenished.
