Fab location. Right opposite pretty park with Alfred Hall (AC/DC players there) and an entertaining family of macaques. Looked forward to breakfasts. Loved the huge map of Tassie which engaged visitors in conversation. High quality environment. Professional, friendly and helpful staff. Nice to come back after a day of walking in this town full of gorgeous old buildings, and sink into big comfy leather lounge with a nice coffee and book. Would definitely stay again! Thanks.
The bedside table lights in my room could be more conducive to reading.

The communal breakfast was great, always sat on the long central table and enjoyed the company of fellow guests. The breakfast was simple and delicious. The staff were wonderful and very accommodating.
Was a little surprised by the size of the bathroom. Although it was spotlessly clean, we are used to having a more spacious area. This is the first time we have stayed in a guest house, so didn't really know what to expect. In the end, we left happy traveler's.
