Fantastic location, nice and central, good parking out back
would be good if breakfast was included in the price. Or just a little bit cheaper. It is hard to justify paying for breakfast when it such a close walk to get a good quality breakfast elsewhere

Dinner at the Tram restaurant with superb flavours & value for money
Not the properties fault, as they do not run the car park, but all EV parking spaces taken up by non-EV cars. Not adequate signage or bollards installed to help prevent this. Have sent email to car park operators but no response yet.

Location was perfect as it was chosen particularly with attendence at a show the purpose of our visit. The room was clean and comfortable. Bed was excellent. We ate at in house restaurant which was excellent and staff on arrival were pleasant and helpful. We requested ice which was delivered quickly and plentifully.
Limited choice of tea: only plain black, no decaffeinated, green or herbal. The only glasses supplied were small ones, more like bathroom tumblers, we asked for some tall drinking glasses which were not available at reception. It was also very noisy: our rooms were situated on the car park side of the hotel so we could the hear entry of all the late night returning guests.
