Very close to restaurants and attractions. A useful one pager in the room listing nearby restauarants open for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Everyting very clean and serviceable. The security aspects were exceptional.
A slightly bigger bathroom, which is of course now impossible.

We had a great stay at Quest Napier.
Excellent location, close to the city centre, shops, restaurants and everything we needed. It was very convenient for exploring Napier.
The room was clean, comfortable and well presented, with everything we needed for our stay. The bed was comfortable and the room was quiet and relaxing.
Parking was convenient and made arriving and leaving easy.
Overall, we really enjoyed our stay at Quest Napier. The combination of a great location, comfortable room and convenient parking made it a very enjoyable experience. We would happily stay again.

The staff was friendly and it was in a good location to facility’s
It was tired. There was music that woke us up around 3am ( possibly from the 24 hour gym next door)
The pillows and bed was very uncomfortable.
