The warm welcome from our host Jackie. She was enthusiastic and very helpful. We have stayed several times before and will continue to stay when on our regular trips to Napier.
Property is dated but very comfortable and the owners are constantly doing up the property as time and money permit.

Absolutely love the receptionist lady. She was lovely and helped us a lot. Love the fact we could wash our washing, Love the view too.

Central location, quick and easy check in/out
The room was cold, the heater provided didn’t warm the room at all even after running it for an hour. Same with the hot water, the main water switch was off on arrival and even after an hours wait, still didn’t heat up so i couldn’t have a hot shower. Sheets were cold and blankets not very thick. Reception had closed and i didn’t find it comfortable enough so i stayed somewhere else and unfortunately wasted my money
