Breakfast was superb, the hotel and facilities were great, the location was amazing.
The actual room was not spacious, the bed was not comfortable, there was not much space in the wardrobe, the room design was nothing special, the bathroom was tiny, no place to even keep a toilet bag.

This Hotel is conveniently place close to The Havn and all the restaurants. The many coffee and tea stations as well as the breakfast are very good.
The room is small and the automatic light by the door is a nuisance when going to the bathroom in the night as it wakes the partner. The in room coffee and tea facilities are poor making it necessary to go out of the room to the coffee station for an early morning drink.
The 9 am checkout time is far too early.

Great location. Bicycles to rent, free cofee and tea stand. Great breakfast buffet. 24hour front desk.
Beds comfortable. Clean
Restaurant poor, food not properly cooked.
Staff rectified this by not charging for main course, attempt at humour came off as sarcasm.
Hotel sent message offering choice to upgrade and provide info on hotel. Upon artival no rooms were free.
