The location is amazing- only 5 minute walk from the bus terminal and in a 15 minute radius with some great restaurants & cafés.
The staff were super friendly and helpful ! Always communicated with us about cleaning and deliveries and such.
One thing I would point out was the lack of variety in breakfast- the food was okay, but we would appreciate for example eggs or some warm variant of breakfast foods at least once / twice a week.
Maybe some spots in the room- such as the ventilation in the bathroom or the curtains, would use replacement.

The location of the hotel is excellent as a base t explore Caldas. The staff were very pleasant. The room was not luxurious, but it was very comfortable, with a good bed. Breakfast was very good with a good selection of food and drinks and even had oat milk. The internet was good.
Nothing I did not like. The only comment I could make i that the bedroom could do with a facelift.

There is free parking 10mins away by foot, near the police station.

Breakfast was good and satisfactory. Location is great and convenient. The lady at the front desk on the weekend was really nice and sweet. Great deal for the price you pay. Value for money. All staff are very friendly and nice.
Either we didn’t get lucky to get one of the better rooms but the comforter covers were stained and old. Small room and even tinier bathroom. Every time someone opened or closed their room doors making a loud thud sound. Thin walls and neighbours can be heard clearly.
