Modern room and large car park - breakfast was excellent

Nice accessible location.
Had difficulty opening the door with key and lock.
Heating on in bathroom during very hot weather.
Lighting operation in room is confusing - switches and dimmers.
Noisy fan in bathroom came on randomly during the night.
Dinner was very poor. One dish was incorrectly ordered. Vegetables and potatoes were luke warm, whilst pie was very hot. It didn’t come with pesto as stated - substituted with something resembling tomato purée.
Mushroom risotto was watery - arrived swimming in liquid.
Given a soup spoon to eat pudding.
