The reason we stayed at Peppers was for the lagoon pool as we were travelling with a 2 & 4 year old and it did not disappoint. Would have been better if we were slightly closer to other shops restaurants etc as my husband is currently on a walking stick so we had to use the shuttle. Our 3 bedroom unit was great however would not stay in that particular one again as every time we opened the door we were attacked by mosquitos! Something overlooking the pool would have been better. All staff were helpful & polite & we enjoyed the cocktails!

Good location
Very over priced for what it is. Paying premium for a pretty average hotel with average service. Hot water system went out for 3 days and toilet was unusable for a whole night and I am pregnant. Had to keep asking and following up for resolutions rather than being offered it. They did eventually agree to the 3 days which I appreciate. Restaurant doesn’t serve food around 4pm which is ridiculous for a 5 start resort. Had to keep asking the cleaners the vacuum the room due to the sand. Breakfast was subpar. Plenty of other places to stay at half the price for the same thing unfortunately
