So many pools to choose from, you always felt like you had your own space even though the resort was busy. Beautiful, clean water.
A better takeaway/lagoon menu would have been good for more casual dining options with kids. Having to pay for a shuttle into town - with this style resort I would have expected complimentary shuttles.

Breakfast has a wide variety and selection of food. Lagoon food service is fast, food is tasty at a reasonable price. Gym equipment is good and big. Family friendly for kids including console games, billiard (pool), outdoor chess pieces and swimming pools. The cabanas are well positioned to shield from the sun and yet give a good view of the surroundings. Room and bathroom is spacious and the hotel has free drinking water facilities / refill for guests. The rooms are cleaned every day. Reception area is huge with many seating areas available for guests (to chat, read a book, relax).
Furnishing shows wear and tear over time. Beware of mosquitoes outdoors and in restaurants even though it is the dry and cool season. Would be good if the swimming pools are heated during cooler months and are interconnected. The Feast / Deck served dinner at an overly priced and non-palatable food --> Food served in restaurants in the city is way better in quality and taste. Car parking spaces are limited. Daily room cleaning service cleaned the room and made the beds but failed to remove the glasses and welcome sparking wine bottle in the room (were still sitting in the room for days till our check-out).
