조경 엄청 있어서 구경하면서 걷기도 너무 좋고 테니스코트 드라이빙레인지 위치 모두 너무 좋았어요 야외수영장 이용은 안했는데 레노하고 진짜 잘해놨어요

건조기랑 세탁기에서 냄새나요

Overall the stay was ok.

It has indoor and outdoor pools, plus other facilities like tennis court!

To be honest, it doesn’t look as nice as it showed on the photos, we were quite disappointed. Furnitures were very basic, nothing looks fancy as showed on the photos. The floor was still wet when we arrived after 3pm, this was unexpected. Buffet breakfast options were limited too.

Excellent all round

Villa was amazing, spacious and well equipped. Pools, gym and Vie Spa were great.

Wifi was not free, really surprising these days. Limited menu in Shallows Bar.

It was a lovely weekend away.

We had a great room just by the lagoon pool. It was convenient with children.

Our room was missing all its mugs so we had to have coffees out of small glass cups. There was also a lot of other utensils missing, makes it tricky to cook meals. They didn’t open the pool bar which was disappointing, it was the weekend and the weather was beautiful. Other than that it was lovely.

Very pleasant stay.

Very spacious room which was clean and comfortable. Loved the outdoor patio looking onto the golf course. We would definitely stay again.

Excellent villa room and comfy bed.

Comfortable bed and spacious room with view of the golf course, and great outdoor pool and gym facilities.

The guys mowing the lawn in their ride on mower woke me up at 530am with their headlights beaming straight into the room.

Disappointed

Location

They took a booking for breakfast at 9:45am , when we got there the restaurant was full of people , and all the hot food had run out . People were arguing with staff and people were walking away with no food . The apartment we stayed in was outdated , needs a freshen up , no carpet or rug in the lounge , felt very cold . The rangehood exhaust in the cupboard is not connected and it just sucks up the stream and fumes from cooking into the cupboard. Twice the smoke alarm went off .

Overall staff was lovely, we had a great weekend away, they did cater for 50 plus groups

The location was great, friend’s loved the option of three pools, tennis courts, golf etc…. Rooms were outdated but beds were super comfortable.

Breakfast buffet cold. Need fresh, hot food guys!

Too expensive for what we got.

The location was nice.

The room was a bit outdated and patched up to make it look nice. The sliding door wouldn’t close. ( safety issue ) The other windows at the balcony wouldn’t close. ( again safety issue ) The pool was closed due to maintenance. When pointed it out at check out all we heard, “sorry for the inconvenience “ well an apology is not good enough and for $413 a night I expect a little more for a Pullman Hotel!! The breakfast was a disappointment all together. The service was very unorganised. Waited long for our eggs….had to offer the coffees again. For $35 p.p. not good enough.

Adequate and comfortable

In a great location, close to the beach and lots of amenities. Bed was super comfortable and it was quiet.

We were charged for the room three times and took a number of days for the funds to be returned. The room smelt of the previous occupants body odour and the bathroom shower shelf was broken and half hanging off the wall so couldn’t be used whilst in the shower.

Nice relaxed place. Breakfast was good too. Facilities like tennis, pool and golf were amazing. Even the villa was beautiful. Very spacious

Heater was not working in our room. We had to call someone to get it fixed. Next night, again it was not working and it was cold. No one was there to fix it. Also, the phone inside the room was not working, everytime we wanted something, we had to drive and go to the reception, which was a bit annoying.

Lovely and peaceful.

Breakfast was filing and scrumptious. The lady that checked us in was so lovely. The villa had plenty of room and all the amenities we needed. Beautiful grounds and such a peaceful and wonderful detaway for my birthday.

The housekeeping was a bit slack glasses were dirty and cupboards had a layer of dust. But otherwise everything else was clean.

The pool was nice, but not heated the beach was nice and close.

The room was outdated cracked basin dirty marks all over the walls, stains on the curtains, and obviously had not been cleaned as there was hair all over the bathroom. The fine dining was not fine dining I could get a better meal from your average pub meal. The stuff were rude

The fact we were not advised that most of the Facilities were closed during our Stay and the Golf charge was taken in advance, with no refund if the weather was inclement! The price was not reduced due to the three amenitioes not being open - The SPA, The indoor Pool and the Gym! On checking out I was charged for treatment in the SPA which was not even open due to renovation, meaning I had to drive to a suitable Spa venue elsewhere.

A restful stay but not without its disappointments.

I liked the accommodation set up which was in an independent two storey unit. The breakfast was good and I was able to cater for my dietary requirements. Especially enjoyed the ability to select low sugar products (low GI) for breakfast. Staff were helpful. The grounds were restful.

It was a pity that the Facility suffered a unexpected long water disruption which was inconvenient not just for me but for all guests. This was outside the control of staff, however staff need to advise guests early when these situations develop. This did not happen on this occasion. Cleanliness of the unit was superficial. I think there needs to be more oversight by Management and probably greater training of staff not just in cleaning but also reporting back to management that a more intense cleaning is required. Do management make regular checks of the units? It was also disappointing that the bath in the unit leaked through the floor and wet the carpet on the ground floor. As this had occur previously (so I was advised) it was obvious that the plumber had not identified the cause of the problem.

A nice family night away. We loved our view of the pool

The location of our room was backed up onto the lagoon pool, which was beautiful. Despite the weather we went for a swim at 5pm and the water was nice.

Not enough parking at your Villa. Should cater for atleast 2 cars.

Semi premier luxury accommodation for Central Coast NSW

Pullman Magenta Shores Resort, is central located and has something for the whole family to do. Mum can play a round of golf, dad can enjoy the spa and the children can swim. The villas are spacious, bright and airy.

A few tweaks and this would be the perfect place to holiday for families. A tv in the second bedroom, the room is setup for a tv but doesn't have one. The master room has one and the other tv is located downstairs. With young children and 15 steps between you it's not practical nor safe. The tvs are digital not smart, finding a channel and program is not for the faint hearted. The villas don't have a sheet with the room service or spa menu. Understandable the gentleman didn't like reading to me the room service menu. Room service menu does not include a children menu or options for children except chips. The kitchen needs bowls that are big enough for cereal or pasta. There is bowls but they are finger or sauce bowls very small. A cutting knife would be useful as there is one large serrated bread knife. Wifi don't even try to connect it does not work. It might be handy for the staff to go in to the villa and role play been the guest and how would they use the space. It is currently aesthetics over functionality. It is a 5 star resort as they meet the essential criteria, I believe those stars are based on the amenities provided and the space of the villas.

Short but sweet!

Beds were extra comfortable and it was a great layout. Great proximity to pool which was so beautiful.

Couldn’t connect to wifi. Had to try and join the Accor account but as I didn’t have wifi On my iPad I couldn’t see the email from them. Didn’t matter really as everything else wonderful.

The facilities in this holiday resort is great! Excellent for family with large pool, and the beautiful beach near by. Will definitely come to visit again!

Underwhelming

Villa is close to the Lagoon pool. Resort location is central to beach and town. Villas are spacious.

Not a 5 star resort. Carpet is stained in villa. Curtains were broken in room. Front Door lock was broken. Furniture looks tired and worn. Steam room in the pool area was broken the entire 5 days we were there so we weren't able to utilise it. Seems like it's been broken a while reading the previous reviews. Upkeep of hotel facilities & maintenance needs work for this to be considered a 5 star resort. Buffet breakfast menu is very limited for a 5 star resort but costs about $40 pp. Very average. Great location and the resort has the potential to be great. Rooms just need a makeover & facilities should be fully functional. Breakfast requires a better variety of fruit & hot food options. Omelette station probably the best part.
