Great service and room was as described and super practical. Mattress was extremely comfy!
Parking was an additional £22 which wasn't made clear through the site until the property reached out to check if I needed it. Booking.com needs to be a bit clearer on the facilities side.

Perfect location to explore Manchester. The apartment was a great size for our family of four. Close to Picadilly train station, Canal Street and shopping. Check in was fast and reception staff were very friendly. Good supply of cooking utensils and washing up supplies.
The furniture in the apartment was tired and could do with replacing. Although general cleanliness was very good there were marks on the paintwork and stains on the sofa and on the carpets in the bedroom which really let the place down. Our stay was during the heatwave. Whist we appreciated the numerous fans that were supplied, the apartment was too hot to spend time in as the few windows we had did not open wide enough to let any air circulate.
