Amazing room for the price paid. Check-in was very good - how all hotels should be but very few manage to get it right. Really stylish architecture and high quality finishings in the room. This will be my go to hotel in Manchester from now on.
No facilities but at the price paid that was not an issue for me. Breakfast was decent in terms of volume but not in terms of choice. However, for the price paid it was decent enough.

Room was a great size. They provided a travel cot for my baby
However the entrance isn't pushchair friendly if you are traveling alone
The cleaners need to be more thorough with the rooms.
I did not expect to find an inappropriate item under the chair of my hotel room!! (See photo)
