Perfect stop off right in the center. Highly recommended, great staff.

Great location next to Manchester Picadilly. Clean, crisp new feeling apartment. Everything you'd need: fridge, washing machine, nespresso, hob etc. Very smooth friendly check-in so by the time we were heading to the room the kids were already requesting we return! They got it right: location, friendly and proffessional staff but in no way intrusive. Comfy space that felt like it could be lived in. Thank you!

Very central modern apartment

We had a great welcome from Sinead, in fact all the staff were lovely. The apt was clean and modern. Location perfect, whilst right next to the train station we couldn't hear a thing through the windows but was great for people watching the world go by.

A very comfortable stay in an excellent location for tourists.

Excellent customer service. I was upgraded to a 2 bedroom apartment which was more comfortable and didn’t need to convert the sofa. When I complained that the apartment floor was not clean, they vacuumed the floor and provided me a food basket the next day, a very nice recovery effort. The location is excellent. It is literally under 2 minutes walk from Piccadilly train station. Full of eateries around the area. The 2 free city buses terminals are right outside the property. The front desk also helps to arrange taxi to airport as the train service only starts at 7am on Sunday.

Cleanliness. There were hair on the floor both in the bathroom , bedrooms and living room. Food particles in the dining area. Suggest to provide a dish drainer to air dry the crockery after hand wash. Some of the bedside lamps not working. Suggest front desk to stock with city maps and tourist brochures. They only had the free bus and tram routes.

Great for families

I loved the location , near alot of shops and resturaunts, the staff were amazing and always helpful and kind. i would definitly recommend it for families.

the furniture is a bit old, needs renevation, specially the curtains. no resturants inside the hotel.

Pleasant Sray

The location is super in the heart of the city and next to the train station .Also the facilities in the room like the washing machine and the dishwasher quite good.

Room service it has to be for minimum 4 days reservation.

Good value for money in an excellent location.

Basic but clean and good value Excellent location Was never asked if everting had been ok when checked out. Receptionist didn’t even look up or say anything. That was poor. Shame because the cleaning staff was chatty and friendly.

Great location, friendly staff

Perfect location in the centre, right next to the train station. Rooms were a good size and clean. The kitchen area was nice as well. Staff were friendly.

The air con broke in one of the rooms so it was freezing the entire trip.

Lovely apartments would highly reccomend.

fantastic properly comfortable and spacious for me and my friends. staff where lovely and had great service. we had a little hick up when checking in due to the systems failing which was quickly resolved and we where quickly checked in. Loved that we had a cooker so we could make our own food.

easy access to station and centre

super easy for the train station. security at the door which was reassuring

the room has several stains on different curtains, there was a lot of mould in the silicone of the showers which could be refreshed. the living room area was tiny

Checks all the boxes for a partially immobile traveller!

My hotel requires the following - washing machine/dryer, location close to train/bus, nearby carpark and heating during winter. StayCity Picadilly ticks all the boxes and more. There's a fitness centre as well. I lost my crutch in Doha and recep suggested to head to Boots. Arndale Centre is a 15 minutes walk and 3 minutes in, I caved in to grabbing the famous Black Taxi right outside of the Apartment. You can find plenty of really good restaurants (Ducie warehouse right behind and Archie's in 1 min walk below), pharmacy, many mini supermarkets, coffee spots and the location is very centralised. Unfortunately, my knee is still a WIP and rented a car (otherwise you can find free trams or bus stop, 2 mins away from train station), the carpark is conveniently located right behind with a daily charge rate. Highly recommend for travellers looking for convenience. P.s: I advise that if you have mobility challenges, please do hilight to the reservations as the bathtub was an inconvenience for me but if you do have a requests, I am confident that the team will help to accomodate.

Overall, I highly recommend this place to those visiting Manchester.

The hotel is really close to the train station and other shops. Love it! The staffs of this hotel were also professional, friendly, and helpful. My children aged 3 and 8 months seemed happy staying there because the size of the apartment were adequate for them to move around.

Our room was suddenly out of electricity but the staffs quickly resolved the problem.
