Super séjour

Hôtel proche de tous les commerces, de la gare, de la cathédrale . Petit déjeuner copieux et pour tous les goûts. Personnel très gentil

We went for my daughter’s hen party, 4 of us stayed and it was perfect for what we needed.

The first thing you notice is the style, it was eye catching. The room was lovely and clean. It was nice to have the pub/restaurant in the same building,

The walls are thin, you can hear everything the people are saying in the next room.

Would book again!!

Very nice fun and quirky hotel with nice entertainment facilities. Room was nice however the shower leaked everywhere and obviously had done for some while as the bottom of the door was blown.

Very relaxing, quite and beautiful

The style was so funky and smart and very welcoming

Average at best

The decor was a bit odd. But that’s each to their own. There was only two pillows on the bed and one spare which meant one of us only had one pillow to sleep with. The heating/air con made a noise so loud you couldn’t hear anything else. The shower was either freezing or boiling and no inbetween. Didn’t feel worth £80 for the size of the room. Most places you have a bit of space and maybe a nice arm chair or a sofa not just a plastic desk chair.

Ok, could do with a facelift, don’t feel it was value for money, staff were lovely, bar expensive.

The hotel was reasonable, the staff were really helpful and check in was really easy.

Beds were hard, room was cold, heating system insufficient. Decor was tatty and rooms were small. Location was very poor and dirty, the area felt unsafe due to drugs being dealt and arguments breaking out around the casino.

Disappointing and I couldn't wait to check out in the morning.

The location was good. Liked that you needed a key access to get into the elevator

Many chips in the walls in the hallway and bedrooms. Made the place look cheap. In need of painting. The first room I was given didn't have proper functioning air conditioning. There was a broken open vent (or something on the wall in the bathroom. Basically an open hole in the wall. In the second room I was given, I was a bit worried if there might be any bed bugs on the mattress (there wasn't that I could see), but I pulled back the sheets on the topper and it was so stained all over it! I took the sheets off and turned the topper over to get a somewhat better side, although it was stained too. I checked in late or I would have probably left to find another place to stay.

modern , decent sized rooms, well equipped, fantastic staff, super quick and impressive check in, Great location and remarkable value!

Not the property’s sphere of control but windows aren’t allowed to be opened of high floor rooms.

Pillows were hard and flat, receptionist were arrogant and wouldn't help when I got back to my room and my key card wouldn't work,locked out my room for over an hour. Bloody awful place. Last Ibis I ever stay in

Just a good honest hotel to stay at

Have stayed at this hotel a few times now and does not disappoint,the staff are Pleasant and friendly nothing is to much trouble and no doubt I shall be staying There again,the location is excellent to all shops and ameneties

The location is very good and the price is very reasonable compared to other hotels nearby

Ideally placed hotel for a short stay

Ideally placed in the centre of Manchester, everything is within walking distance. Bed was very comfortable, overall pretty clean.

Our room had a direct view inside somebody’s flat, the proximity was strange. Few marks of mould in the shower joints. Decoration is cheerful yet some bits looked straight out of a children hospital room, weird vibe.

For £300 a night and no sleep pretty it’s pretty poor.

good location and nice helpful staff.

Room was in poor condition needed re decorating, our room was adjacent the lift and the noise was constant until the early hours of the morning. We had very little sleep. The walls and doors are as thin as 2 coats of paint.😂 Not a complainer so didn’t mention anything on our stay but avoidance of the lift area is a must.

All in all very good. The breakfast was great, had a good selection and was good value.

soft fluffy towels, good bathroom and shower. Comfortable bed

There was a lot of noise in the corridor in the night as party goers returned and I was wakened up twice by this. I wasn't keen on the wacky bedroom decor and would have preferred a plain carpet in the bedroom.

Great staff. Noisy sleepless night.

The staff were lovely. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable

We didn't get much sleep. The air conditioning unit contuined making a right racket 2 hours after it was turned off. The bed only had 3 pillows on a double bed. We were awoken by someone singing and playing music in the early hours. Then at 4.30am construction began near us. It ruined my day as I was exhausted through lack of sleep. ( Ive just come out of hospital and needed the quiet time away) We were informed that they had a discount scheme with a local car park however this ended the month before but we were not informed. However the man at recption sorted us a small discount in fact he was really helpful and apologetic. When I told him about the noise disruption he pointed out we could have swopped rooms as they have 24 staff. Fair enough but I wasn't going to start packing all my stuff just to unpack it in another room at 4.30am. The buffet breakfast was great I love a good buffet breakfast. The cooked breakfast was rubbish and freezing cold, it consisted of runny wet scrambled egg, over cooked hard (that I couldn't cut) bacon and sausages that tasted like cheap sawdust. Also had hash browns and beans but I don't either of them so didn't try them. My partner had to ask them to warm his he said it was horrible. All in all the hotel decor and staff were good but we could have been told about the car park (especially as I had contacted them earlier in the year) and about the construction. They can't be blamed for the ignorance of the other guest.

I enjoyed my stay and I will definitely come back

I enjoyed my time, the staff were lovely especially Preston. Such a nice man made us feel comfortable and welcomed. Room was alright and clean. Breakfast was great. I'm happy with location as well as many things to do around me
