Internet was intermittent a would drop frequently. Staff is friendly and helpful. Rooms are being updated. Some remodel decisions seem in conflict, like the bathroom and shower enclosure was redone but the chipped old bathtub was kept. The parking is onsite and convenient but expensive. The location is excellent. Good food options everywhere. Some old buildings to wander past. However, much is under construction or renovation like Piccadilly gardens, the city building, etc.

The breakfast was amazing with plenty of choice covering all tastes, the room was spotless with very friendly staff as was the staff on reception, check in was simple and quick,
