An amazing location in close proximity to Manchester Piccadilly Train Station and the city centre. Very friendly staff and a spacious, comfortable hotel with great facilities. Generously sized bed and plenty of space to move around in the room. All in all, a very enjoyable stay!
A couple of small improvements could be made to our room, with the light above the desk not working and the soap dispensers proving quite tricky as they regularly got jammed. Also, perhaps a pair of complimentary slippers would be useful for the room with slightly cold floors.

Clean spacious warm and welcoming..

Location was good, most things within walking distance, room was massive with plenty of space and the bed was beyond comfy, the room overall was also very fresh and clean. I wish we actually got more time to spend in the room.
The onsite resturant was closed, no prior warning told us about this so we had to go out for breakfast. also meant we couldnt grab a drink the hotel aswell...

The bed was huge and very comfortable, in a big room with various seating areas.
The decor felt very cold and unwelcoming. We couldn’t open the curtains! And the shower was a poor design - the controls were too far away from the shower head and the screen wasn’t wide enough to keep the water in.
