Extremely comfortable bed and room. Great shower. Staff were lovely and personable. Good breakfast. Very good all in all.
There was a fire alarm. I was not forewarned despite having spoken to reception, in person, moments before. The alarm did not say, this is a test. The hotel does not know about any personal trauma guests have had, I was barefoot and running to the stairs, I was on the 14th. floor, before the maid said it was a test. I was shaking for about 1/2 hour afterwards. It really tainted my stay and was completely ridiculous not to have a sign somewhere telling people.
TV didn't work and no one came when I reported it.

Clean, kitchenette well stocked, comfortable and spacious.
Nothing, well placed for museum and university. Convenient for Uber to old Trafford or centre

room looked more like budget hotel, didn't match my expectation considering hyat brand who keep the standard up.
