One of the best hotels I ever stayed in. All rooms are on the upper floors with amazing vistas of the city. Reception is super friendly and the hotel is really nicely refurbed. SMEG kettle and toaster in the room was astonishing, or maybe I am just easily impressed.
Beds are mega comfy and really big and the shower is fantastic. You can get late checkout for a reasonable price too which was handy
Very central in the city just at the back of St. Peter's Square so great for tram and trains.
Can't really complain. Lifts were a teeny bit slow, but they can't really do much about that as it is a tall building.

Good location
Having to wait two hours after check in for room to be cleaned after a 5 and a half hour drive not acceptable
