The reception staff were very friendly and inviting, making you feel welcome after a long journey. We arrived early and were allowed to leave our luggage for free to go for lunch and check in later. The apartment was amazing with a great open aspect and facilities and will definitely book again. As a bonus, there were free croissants in the morning and warm drinks 24 hours a day. We really appreciate the late check out as we needed to travel to the airport for our return to Spain and was well worth the small fee. Many thanks for making our vacation enjoyable

The size of room, toilet separated from shower/washbasin room, kitchen facilities including consumables, completely central location (bus to/from airport within a block), 24/4 coffee in lobby, non-secured elevator. Sucking candy at reception.
No gym or fitness space, although enough space in room for callisthenics.

The kitchen area was a good touch, the bed was big, the shower was big also.
The bed was not comfy and the quilt was really old. The blinds were filthy and the floor needs relaying. I think it just needs modernising.
