The deco & the staff were lovely
1 of our rooms absolutely stunk of fish but soon as we told staff they gave us a new room straight away & it was sorted so all good

Great location, had a corner suite room which was perfect.
Nothing about the property, only feedback would be at breakfast it was only one Gent serving with a full restaurant. He was rushed off his feet but did a great job, more staff would be welcome

The location was fantastic, close to the Train station and bus station.
The staff was lovely and an upgrade in my room .
The phone wasn't working in my room so I had to go to the restaurant to order my room service. Not a big issue though.

Efficient, helpful staff. Good location.
Bathroom smell of drains. Sink backing up. Aircon/heating system did not stay where I set it. Couldn’t access heat sometimes and cooling others - weird.
Way too dark.
