Room was amazing. Bed was very comfortable and well presented.
Staff were exceptional and couldnt do enough for you.
Nothing really.
Only thing l feltvit was a bit pricey but it is in the city centre so this has to be expected.

Great location, in the middle of Canal Street, super lively and insane room quality. Clean and well taken care of.
It’s just not a 10/10 because staff could be better trained, my room was at the 4th floor and the main lift was broken (totally understandable) so I had to use the service lift which would only go until the 3rd floor. Staff asked me to use it but the way to go to the room was through the 2nd floor. Was lost for about 5 minutes without knowing where to go with luggage until I read the info on the lift. Not a dealbreaker, but it’s the little details of attention that can make the difference.

The room is very spacious. Bed was comfortable and shower is great.
The room facing the canal is pretty noisy. We were out most of the night and even at after 2am it was still pretty noisy so if you’re a light sleeper definitely ask for rooms not facing the canal. But we kinda knew that when we booked.
However, it’s quite noisy inside too. Pipes make strange noise and we could hear floor creaking from people above us.
