The property is gorgeous, the centre of pacadilly only a 10 minute walk to tram stops. We had no troubles whatsoever, the host was extremely accommodating any troubles we had or queries her response time was amazing.
Honestly I could give no bad reviews about this place. Came with a group of 9 of us for the weekend which was already a lot but the house was the perfect amount of space and the kitchen was perfect for us to all have many sit down meals together. We played the card games that were on hand at the house and had such a good experience, thank you so much for our lovley stay.

location and the space.. niceley done for big groups..
Maybe the twin room could have had an option for a double and a twin but for big parties its spot on..

Great space and amenities in the property. Attention to detail was amazing and great location
There was a power issue causing an alarm to go off a few times but the owner gave us the code to stop it and we’re very fast in fixing it! So no complaints there. Was a little noisy with the road in the night but not too bad

Great location very spacious
A bit creaky and old, bathrooms too small, very warm indoors due to the heatwave, tv didn’t work.
