Location, large family room
No kettle, one member of staff at check in abit abruptly, others were lovely though, Toilet with no sink separate to bathroom. Dust in corners of toilet room

We liked the friendly welcoming staff and the great location, the room was set up as booked and was comfortable
Unfortunately there was some very dusty areas to our room and under our bed was some extremely dusty seat cushions that had been there a while, some areas was worn and tatty such as the seating pad near the long mirror, there was some old washed existing stains on our quilt covers, we enjoyed our stay but couldn't help but notice these details

The location was good, but you could do better with the breakfast
There was no kettle and iron in the room, and my room was changed to another room
