The room was spacious and very comfortable. It was nice and clean. Good choice at breakfast.
There weren’t always many staff around to help. When we arrived to drop bags off there was no one at reception. We had to search for someone when we wanted to check in later in the afternoon. We arrived back at the hotel in the evening around 8.30 pm but couldn’t get food as last orders was 10 minutes earlier.

This hotel is excellent and one of the best we have stayed in. It is located within the city so it is easy to walk to the nearby trams and city centre yet because of the effective double glazing the usual city noise is barely heard. The room was large and very comfortable with a good sized comfortable bed. The bathroom was a very good size with an effective shower and lighting gave a relaxing ambiance. Coffee and biscuits were a pleasing extra that is so often missing these days. Breakfast was well catered for in a relaxing environment and the staff were all courteous and friendly. We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel which was excellent value for money and we look forward to returning again.
There was nothing negative at all.

I liked everything! Spacious and clean room, comfy bed, big bathroom with a bath and a shower cabin, amazing location and the staff is super friendly and helpful. It definitely exceeded my expectations and will be staying here again for sure.
