Room was clean and properly decked out as a self-service space. The location is also central and close to stores and other amenities, which was a plus.
Bathroom tile on floor of the shower was not so clean but made do with it.

Well situated close to shops and tram, bus and train services. The location is the best compared to other places we have stayed while visiting in Manchester.
The first room has light streaming in from the outside because the curtains though thick enough to block it out do not close completely. The curtain rail on one side stops short of the wall and it is on the face side of the bed. The second room wrongly assigned to us was an accessible room. This one was stuffy as neither the expeller in bathroom nor the fan in room works.

"Location couldn’t be better, walking distance to Catedral, Victoria station and also Piccadilly Station. Next to many restaurants and shops.
