Great hotel in a good location. Real milk in the fridge in the room instead of the normal UHT milk which I’ve never seen before and was a bonus. Rooms are really modern and comfortable. We only booked this hotel literally two hours before arriving and rates were decent. We’d definitely stay at this hotel again. Staff were really friendly as well.

Rahi, Mahamed and Lani at reception were very helpful.
Rahi found us a room close to the elevator. Mahamed who just joined the team greeted us warmly, gave us some wildflower seeds to take with us and plant at home. Lani managed to secure us a large illustrated city map.
The fruit infused water at reception was very welcome after an exciting day of travel.
The bar staff helped us when they saw we needed their assistance.
The location next to Manchester Picadilly train was very convenient, offered many dining choices and was very convenient for Uber access. There are also free city buses for route 1 and 2 originating at the station
The Reach is a highly recommended stay.

All of the staff, from house keeping, reception, waiters and bar staff. Very helpful. Food in restaurant delicious. Great location, plenty bars and eating places near by, also near station. No noise. Will definitely stay again if back in Manchester.
