Staff are very nice and helpful, originally we are arranged to a room without AC supply, after talking with them, we are relocated to a new room. Breakfast is good too. Just there is no handheld shower is a bit inconvenience for me.

I came for Man City match. I've been to Manchester twice before but this was the first stay of more than 1 night and the location could not have been better! I will be staying only here in the future.

Traveled with 2 teenagers and room was small but fine, not much room for luggage but was nice to have 2 single beds for our teenage girls and good for 1 night. Clean and very close to picadilly train station.
One complaint:
We had dinner here because it was easy when we were jetlagged after a very long flight but it was absolutely awful. Do not eat here! Was worse than a heat up microwave meal. And very expensive.
Apart from the food it was a great spot to stay.
