Very spacious. It had everything you needed for a short break and was a great central location. The staff were really friendly and helpful.

Well appointed, spacious, clean, good value, comfortable appartment in a great location with a lift up to the apartments. Supermarket next door. Arndale centre opposite. Quirky interesting Northern Quarter close with great restaurants and bars. Easy walks to all areas of the city. The appartment was at the back so free from street noise. Nice touches of coffee available for cafetière, small tea selection, and salt and pepper! Efficient communication with staff. Digital entry key worked well. 11am check out is good.
There is a large industrial extractor fan connected to a nearby food shop which was on when we arrived but fortunately went off at some point during the evening.
4pm check in seems rather punitive, and should you wish to be there earlier you have to pay. Even though the appartment might well be ready it is not negotiable unless you pay on a sliding scale for each extra hour.

The location is excellent, the rooms very clean and the beds comfortable.
The windows needed cleaning which would have made it much brighter.
