Very friendly and helpful staff lovely pool and spa area.
The bar and restaurant were clean ans lovely design
Loved the hotel but unfortunately the bed and pillows were so hard and uncomfortable we all woke up with stiff necks and bad back I went out the next day and brought softer pillows to use

Perfect location, just short walk into city centre and with dscounted car parking vlose by. Spacious and clean room. With very comfortable bed, and accordingly, great value for money.

Great location, facilities and room
Restaurant was expensive with too large portions but poor quality. The staff push extras likes sides (we had garlic potatoes tasteless with no garlic and a side is 8 medium potatoes).
Pack of kids running screening through the restaurant at all times and staff do nothing because it was a wedding party. Ruined my stay.
Restaurant manager forgot our order and we had to chase them for it
