great location for us going to the Co-Op Live Arena, very close
hotel was not busy, great decor nice and bright and we could easily get a drink until the room was ready
we also didn't know how to get to the arena easily and the staff were great and told us we could get an uber there and back with no issues, cost us less than £20 return
bigger car park, we were lucky to get space when we got there but within an hour it was full
on a plus though there are 2 24 car parks nearby

Very spacious and clean. Very good value for money.
Would have preferred four pillows per bed. Personal preference as everybody uses pillows for body comfort as well as head comfort.

Location is really good. Breakfast was exceptional. Very helpful staff. Good facilities.20mn walk to Coop Live concert venue.
Breakfast could finish a bit later like 10.30. TV are smart TV but had no Internet connection. The ac was poor. The mattress was too firm.

Had vegetarian food which was good
Didn’t like the whole gay pride thing being pushed on guests staying . It’s unnecessary. Menu for evening was very poor and not accepting cash wasn’t great either. Instead we went next door to premier inn for dinner and drinks and spent over £100 in cash !!!!
